Our in house training and continuing off site advanced education cultivates inspiration which develops new stylists to perform at the same level as seasoned stylists. Shawn Finch Started Biquor & Biquor in 1987.
His goal was "to offer the finest staff, service and atmosphere in the North Bay area". His original salon was located on 4th street in Santa Rosa. The name Biquor and Biquor originated by the ambiance of the Victorian building in which its former tenant was a furrier.
The elegance of the interior of the space led you to believe that you had walked into a lavish Beverly Hills parlor thus the name was borrowed from Dicker & Dicker of Beverly Hills, which at that time was the quintessential furrier of Beverly Hills, California. Dicker & Dicker was the place where movie magic and glamour happened. They were advertised on all the game shows while Shawn was growing up which lead him to his dreams of doing glamorous hair for television and movie stars. Creating a salon like this in Santa Rosa was the first step of realizing this dream. Needless to say Shawn succeeded and Biquor & Biquor thrived for 8 years in that location.
In 1995 Biquor & Biquor opened in its current location at Montgomery Village adding Stacy McLaughlin as Shawn’s partner. Shawn retired as owner and went on to pursue his dreams in Los Angles.
In 2000 Adelina Felciano joined Stacy as a partner and together Stacy & Adelina celebrate Biquor & Biquor’s 21st year of style, elegance and unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
Shawn is currently fulfilling his dreams of being a hairdresser to the stars! He has worked on shows such as “Friends” “Will & Grace” and “Desperate Housewives” and has been hired as a colorist/stylist for stars such as Penelope Cruz, Charlize Theron, Megan Fox, Debra Messing, Tommy Lee Jones and Don Johnson. And “yes” says Shawn “my childhood dream of working with Farrah Fawcett has also come to pass;” all those years of starring at that infamous poster!!! Pure “Charlies Angels” heaven!!!
In the hearts of staff and clients Shawn Finch never truly left Biquor & Biquor. Shawn's story is often shared among the staff and clients old and new.

In keeping with Shawn’s concept of an upscale, quintessential salon Stacy and Adelina have proceeded to establish a work environment that draws the most committed professional stylists. A comprehensive educational program has been instituted and continues to evolve providing creative inspiration and technical expertise for each individual.
In 2007 an advisory committee was established allowing an inclusive voice for the staff to share in the future development of our salon. As a team we deliver unsurpassed professionalism and artistic ability in an atmosphere that fosters individual growth.
Stacy McLaughlin: Owner/stylist
Stacy has been an integral part of developing Biquor & Biquor from the beginning. Stacy worked with Shawn Finch in 1985 at an upscale salon in down town Santa Rosa called Chrysalis and followed Shawn to the first location of Biquor & Biquor on 4th street. Within the first few years Stacy became the manager of the salon and in 1995 became Shawn’s partner at the Montgomery Village location. For 21 years Stacy has worked to instill the philosophy that the considerations of the customer come first and foremost. Stacy has been instrumental in creating the curriculum for Biquor & Biquor’s in house and outside training programs as she strives to create an elegant atmosphere that inspires and encourages personal growth as well as team effort. Today, she still works behind her chair seeing clients and continues to develop and enhance the daily operations of Biquor and Biquor to deliver the promise that at Biquor & Biquor you will receive exceptional work from each and every stylist.

Adelina Felciano: Owner/stylist
As a young up and coming talent in Sonoma County; Adelina joined the team of Biquor & Biquor in 1998. Her credible talents as a stylist along with a clear determination to help grow the business landed her the position of Salon Manager in 1999. In 2000 Adelina accepted an offer to become a partner in Biquor & Biquor. Today Adelina’s seasoned talents as our salon manager and her qualified skills in public relations have led Biquor & Biquor into this century as one of the most successful salons in Sonoma County. You will often have the opportunity to meet Adelina at Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and other community events around the county. Advanced education has been at the forefront of her career. Adelina has been instrumental in developing our technical training courses in color correction, hair design and special styling. Adelina continues to work behind her chair as her love for serving the client is her passion.
